Video Conferencing
Hoeppner Wagner & Evans LLP has its own
video conferencing center located in Valparaiso, Indiana. The video conferencing center is not only
used by Hoeppner Wagner & Evans LLP and it's clients but is also
available for use by the public. The video center provides state
of the art video capabilities and allows for real time video and audio
communication. The video conferencing center has the ability to
link up to six (6) conference sites and provides for the capability
of adding additional parties via telephone. Our video conference
technology is simple to use but a technician is available if requested.
The facility can accommodate up to 15 people comfortably and has a separate training center.
The video conferencing center is also equipped with fax and copy
machines, a white board, document camera and allows for the use of a
computer. It can access the Internet and has the capability
of allowing the parties to use a PowerPoint or similar
presentation. A VCR is available for allowing the showing of a
video tape and both sides of the conference can be taped. We offer
video taping and duplicating services with some editing
capabilities.
The video conferencing center allows the
parties to be in the same room together without the necessity of
traveling to a distant location. Video conferencing reduces
meeting travel costs, curbs meeting travel downtime and delay while
achieving all of the advantages of a face to face interaction and
exchange of information.
