Mr. Kuker's mediation schedule
Ron Kuker has an extensive practice as a Civil Mediator and maintains an office in both Valparaiso
and Merrillville. Mr. Kuker has served as mediator in a very wide range of civil, commercial,
personal injury, insurance, estate and contract cases. Mr. Kuker has written and lectured on
Alternative Dispute Resolution topics. In addition, he has handled insurance litigation, worker’s
compensation cases and personal injury litigation.

From 2000 through 2003, Mr. Kuker served as the Chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the Indiana Supreme Court Commission on Continuing Legal Education.
Litigation and Trial Practice
Mr. Kuker has previously participated in many types of civil litigation, including commercial litigation, plaintiff personal injury, insurance defense, insurance coverage, worker’s compensation, products liability, civil rights and business litigation. His practice has also allowed him to represent plaintiffs, defendants and lien holders in mediation sessions in pending cases.
