Joe Jaskowiak concentrates his practice on a wide range of litigation matters. In addition to commercial and business-related litigation, he also handles matters in the labor and employment area, including labor injunctions, discrimination suits and litigation of employment agreements. Mr. Jaskowiak has published several articles on business-related litigation topics and has lectured on employment issues.
