Tina M. Bengs is a Partner at the firm where she practices primarily in the area of employment law defense, including the litigation of charges or cases relating to Title VII, Family and Medical Leave Act, the American with Disabilities Act, Indiana's Worker's Compensation Act, wage and unemployment claims, as well as assisting employers in developing appropriate employee policies and procedures. Her clients range from small to large employers and encompass a variety of industries, including hospitals, steel mills, banks, credit unions, and manufacturers.
