Bob Dignam focuses his practice on matters involving commercial, labor, employment, school and healthcare law. He has over twenty years of experience representing commercial entities, as well as insurance companies, in a wide range of legal matters. In addition to representing private clients as counselor or advocate, Mr. Dignam serves as a panel chairman at the request of parties engaged in medical malpractice litigation.
Mr. Dignam is an adjunct professor at Purdue University Calumet where he teaches courses on employment law, human resources management and conflict management. He has presented at attorney continuing education programs on Indiana Evidence as well as business seminars on employment practices. He is also a contributing author to the Indiana Evidence Workshop Handbook. Mr. Dignam also conducts labor negotiations, represents clients before the National Labor Relations Board and participates in arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association and similar entities.
