Alger V. Boswell, III

Attorney biography

Alger Boswell concentrates his practice in the areas of labor, employment and other commercial litigation. He joined the firm in 2008 after graduating from law school. While in law school, Mr. Boswell was a student attorney for the Valparaiso University Sports Clinic, where he provided assistance to amateur athletes involving issues related to drug testing, disciplinary matters, and team and scholarship eligibility. He was also an Executive Board Member of the Moot Court Honor Society, served as a legal writing teaching assistant, and was President of the Black Law Student Association. He was a summer associate at Hoeppner Wagner & Evans in 2006. Prior to going to law school, Mr. Boswell served as a probation officer for the Superior Court of Lake County, Juvenile Division for three years.
